If you like to play VB on-line, you have to re-install VB with best-compatibility (VAS 19/F.1) this link explains how to install
Run the program "Edge" (like "Microsoft Office's File -> Open")
Then click on "File" tab, open the folder "Program Files (x86)" (Win7) or "Program Files" (Win8/Win 8.1)
Then open the folder "Microsoft DirectX" (or not)
Go inside the folder "DirectX
In the folder "Direct3d" there should be a file "d3dx.dll" and a file "d3d9.dll" (if you use Win 8.1 also a file "d3d8.dll" with in it).
Delete the file "d3d9.dll" (you have the right to delete this file, it's normal)
Uninstall your graphics card driver.
Reinstall your graphics card driver
Go back in the folder "Microsoft DirectX"
Open the folder "DirectX
Open the folder "DirectX"
Open the folder "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013"
Open the file "vcredist.exe" and follow the on-screen instructions.
After installation wait a little bit and go back in the folder "Microsoft DirectX"
Open the folder "Direct3d"
Open the folder
